yesterday is short class because of day is T.A. we also have the quis at the statting og the period between to 5:00 or 10:00 min.then we learned Stretches and Compressions.
Stretches and Compression Rules -:
If 0>a<1(a fraction) the graph is streches horizontally by a factor of a unit.
If 0<a<1(a fraction) the graph is compressed vertically by a factor of a unit.
If a>1 the graph is compressed horizontally by a factor of a unit .
If a>1 the graph is stretched vertically by a factor of a a unit.
If a should be negative,the horizontal compression or horizontal strething of the graph is followed by a reflection of the graph the y-axis.
